Do you spend more than 100 Euro? Then FREE shipping!

We will do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. Orders made before 16:00 will be sent to the next business day. However, we do not always succeed in meeting this, sometimes its products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take longer. The product page shows the delivery time. Should we not get this delivery for any reason, we will of course inform you of this as soon as possible.

The listed prices are exclusive of shipping. The shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the product and are always stated clearly in the shopping cart before you finish

After shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace code that will allow you to track the shipment.

In general, the delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Saturday delivery is also possible. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the moment of delivery.

 

Prayer time / return

Occasionally, you may want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not like it or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice. However, we would like to let you know personally why you send the return via the contact form .

You have 14 days left to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the cost of returning from your home to the webshop is for your own account. For the exact rates, consult your carrier's website. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the vendor with all accessories and original condition and packaging. To use this right, you can contact us at [email protected] We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after your return returned, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this value reduction of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packed in return.
